By the end of my tenure, my email campaign had almost 400 subscribers—from a small program that, since 1987, has only graduated 185 students.

Designed and wrote copy, paying attention to consistency in marketing language around LSU’s program rebrand (“genre-flexible,” “hybrid”). The image comes from the FAQ page for LSU Creative Writing program.
